BOONE, IA. – Captain Pam Kasten, who has served Boone County since June 2014, has been reappointed to The Salvation Army in Marshalltown, Iowa. Her duties will begin there on June 27, 2018. The Salvation Army will hold a farewell service for Captain Pam on Sunday, June 24 at 11:00. The community is invited to worship and say farewell to Captain Pam.
Lieutenant James Beardsley will assume leadership of The Salvation Army of Boone County on June 27. Lieutenant James has been reappointed to Boone from Leavenworth, Kansas and will assume all leadership responsibilities of The Salvation Army. A welcome meeting will be held on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at 11:00 for Lieutenant James.
