According to the Boone Water Environment Weather Station, our official high temperature on Saturday afternoon was 98 degrees and that was the warmest day in Boone County since September 9, 2013, when our thermometers hit 99. With a high on Friday of 91 degrees, we’ve now had three days in a row of temperatures in the 90s. The last time that happened was September 22 – 24 of 2017.
