BOONE, Iowa—It started as a collaborative effort and continues to be a collaborative effort, the Nutrient Reduction Strategy has been serving as the building blocks to clean water efforts in Iowa. Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds was on hand in 2013 when the strategy was revealed. She said today that many have collaborated to make progress on the strategy and she feels that right pieces are in place to continue making improvement in water quality.
