BOONE, Iowa—A funeral service has been set for 79 year old Merle Leichliter of Boone, Iowa.  The service will be held Tuesday, June 12, 2018 with a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of the Sacred Heart in Boone, Iowa.  Burial will be held in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Boone, Iowa.

Visitation will be held at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall Streets in Boone, Monday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.  The family will be present and will receive friends at the Funeral Chapel from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.  There will be a Vigil Service at the Funeral Chapel, Monday at 7:00 p.m.

Visitations continue Tuesday at the Funeral Chapel with friends calling from 8:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
