BOONE, Iowa—A funeral service has been set for Jody and James Smith, both 45 of Boone, Iowa.  The wife and husband couple died from injuries in an automobile accident near Booneville, Missouri on July 5, 2018.  The Funeral Service will be Friday, July 13, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall Streets, Boone, Iowa.  Following the service, the couple will be cremated.  Burial of the cremated remains will be held in the Rose Hill Cemetery, west of Boone, Iowa, at a later date.

Visitation will be held at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall Streets in Boone, Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  The family will be present and will receive friends at the Funeral Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Visitation continues Friday at the Funeral Chapel from 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 10:30 a.m.
