Boone’s Clinton Street water tower painting project will begin this week. As a part of the project, the tower will be completely drained, cleaned, repaired and repainted. Since the tower will be drained for the next three months, it is possible there may be discolored water.  

On Tuesday morning, the phone system at the Boone County Hospital was restored to service.  The hospital thanks you for your patience.

As of late on Monday afternoon, the Boone County Hospital’s phone lines are still down.
