BOONE, Iowa—Funeral arrangements have been set for 86-year old Rita Benshoof-Darner of the Madrid Home in Madrid, Iowa and formerly of Boone, Iowa.  A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. in the chapel of the Madrid Home in Madrid, Iowa.  Following Rita’s wishes, her body has been cremated.  Burial of her cremated remains will be held in the Mineral Ridge Cemetery, Ridgeport, Iowa at a later date.

Visitation will be held at the Madrid Home Chapel, Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at 10:30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed tot he family.
