BOONE, Iowa—The HOPE Foundation Board has announced that the annual Festival of Hope, Saturday December 1st raised $26,198.00. Even though the weather was a challenge, the community stepped forward and supported the foundation through donations, the silent auction, cafe and boutique. The 14th Annual Festival of Hope was held in the Boone High School Commons. Proceeds support the work of the foundation, providing assistance to students and families of students with food, clothing, shelter, transportation and medical issues.
