Regarding the use of fireworks, just a reminder that the Code of Ordinances for Boone, Iowa states fireworks may be used “December 31 between the hours of 12:00 p.m. (noon) and continuing through 12:30 a.m. on January 1st”. (Chapter 41 Section 41.12)
