BOONE, Iowa—A funeral service has been set for 81-year old Joyce DeVoogd of Boone, Iowa and the Westhaven Community in Boone, Iowa.  A Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 11, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall Streets, Boone, Iowa.  Following Joyce’s wishes, her body has been cremated.  Burial of her cremated remains will be held at a later date in the Linwood Park Cemetery, Boone, Iowa.

Visitation will be held at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel, Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  The family will be present and will receive friends at that time.

Visitation Friday will be held at the Funeral Chapel from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 10:30 a.m.

In memory of Joyce, memorials may be directed to the family.
