This is in addition to areas of heavy rainfall last night. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Boone, Jefferson, Ogden, Boone Speedway, Grand Junction, Scranton, Churdan, Rippey, Paton, Boxholm, Pilot Mound, Fraser, Ralston, Dana, Beaver, Berkley, Jefferson Municipal Airport, Boone Municipal Airport and Ledges State Park.
