The Boone County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on July 24, 2019 at 10:30 am, to consider action on Ordinance # 139, to increase setbacks for Commercial Wind Energy Systems and to require the applicant to provide a bond or other security for decommissioning costs. A second hearing will be held on July 31 at 10:30 am (unless cancelled) and a third hearing on August 7, at 10:30 (unless cancelled).
