BOONE, Iowa—The Boone School Board took time during their regular meeting on Monday to recognize another staff member that had been nominated for the district’s ‘DORS award for Dedicated, Outstanding and Respected Service. Chambray Burk was nominated for her commitment to getting students to be engaged and valued. She has also stepped up to help in other leadership capacities. Congratulations to Chambray Burk, the ‘DORS Award recipient.
