BOONE, Iowa—Colorado Senator Michael Bennett made a campaign stop in Boone Sunday, his second visit to Boone County since announcing his intention to seek the Democratic Presidential nomination. Bennett, who was twice elected to the U.S. Senate in the swing state of Colorado, focused on the future of the country, particularly the future of children and grandchildren. This week he is expected to release his policy position on agriculture and trade. Bennett first visited Boone County last May with a stop in Madrid. His visit came shortly after he announced his plan to seek the Democratic Presidential nomination.
