BOONE, Iowa—Funeral arrangements have been set for 93-year old Kate Jordan of Boone, Iowa.  A Celebration of the Life of Kate Jordan of Boone will be held Saturday, February 29, 2020 in the Club House at the Cedar Point Golf Course, 601 South Cedar Street, Boone, Iowa.  Kate has gifted her body to the University of Iowa Department of Anatomy in Iowa City, Iowa to train future Doctors.  A private family burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Boone at a later date.

In memory of Kate, memorials may be directed to the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital in Chicago, the Ericson Public Library in Boone, the Eastern Star Masonic Home in Boone or to the family and can be sent to:  John Jordan, 1417 Quill Avenue, Boone, Iowa  50036.
