BOONE, Iowa—A funeral service has been set for 77-year old Richard Darwin Lind of Ames, Iowa and formerly of Boone, Iowa.  He passed away last Thursday, March 5, 2020 at the Eastern Star Masonic Home, Boone, Iowa.  A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at the Marion Street United Methodist Church, Boone, Iowa.  Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery west of Boone, Iowa.

Visitation will be held at the Marion Street United Methodist Church, Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be left to the Marion Street United Methodist Church in Boone or to the Ames Public Library of Ames.
