BOONE, Iowa—The Boone County Landfill is making some procedural changes regarding primarily interaction between staff and the general public making use of the landfills services. Changes in procedure will affect primarily the payment process indicating a preference by check except in the cases of standing accounts which already have an established arrangement. The new procedures are to take affect Wednesday, April 1st.
