BOONE, Iowa—Funeral arrangements have been set for 86 year old Gretchen Otis of Boone, Iowa and the Eastern Star Masonic Home, Boone, Iowa.  She passed away at the Eastern Star Masonic Home on Sunday, May 17, 2020. A Celebration of Gretchen’s Life will be held Sunday, June 21, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at the Schroeder-Stark-Welin Funeral Home , 609 7th Street, Boone, Iowa.  Following CDC guidelines There will be limited seating.  Please bring a face mask and practice social distancing.  Those who are unable to attend may follow the service via live stream on the Schroeder-Stark-Welin Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/SchroederStarkWelin/. The live stream will start shortly before 3:00 p.m. and will appear on the top of the Facebook page.
