BOONE, Iowa—Funeral arrangements have been set for 94 year old Lester Wesley Anderson of Boone, Iowa.  He passed away peacefully Monday, June 22, at Westhaven Community with his wife Norma at his side.  A private family funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, June 29, 2020 at First United Methodist Church in Boone. This service may be viewed at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84444645173. Burial will be in Linwood Park Cemetery.

Friends may call from 4-6:00 P.M. on Sunday, June 28, 2020 at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall in Boone. Due to concerns of COVID-19, the family will not be present.

The family would like to express great appreciation to the staff of Westhaven Community for their care of Les the past nearly three years.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Boone.
