BOONE, Iowa—The Greenspace project has taken been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. Plans to complete the project and had a dedication this year just did not come together. Slow but sure, the work has been completed and only a few finishing touches remaining. Boone City Councilmember Terry Moorman asked the City Council this week if some watering could be done to maintain the plantings and landscaping that has already taken place. Spring Green will provide the expertise to try and establish the grass, but some watering will be needed for that as well. Many have already stopped to check out the project.
