BOONE, Iowa—Funeral arrangements have been set for 50 year old Jeffrey Allen Starcher of Boone, Iowa.  The service will be held Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Schroeder-Stark-Welin Funeral Home, 609 7th Street, Boone, Iowa.  Following the service, burial will take place at the Sparks Cemetery in Boone County.

Visitation will be held at the Schroeder-Stark-Welin Funeral Home, 609 7th Street, Wednesday, April 7th from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The family will be present and will receive friends at that funeral home at that time.
