DAYTON, Iowa—Shelby Sorenson of Pilot Mound, Iowa has been selected the 2021 Dayton Wrangler Junior Queen. Shelby is the 15-year-old daughter of Trent Sorenson and Steve and Bernadette Culp. She is currently a freshman at Southeast Valley High School. Shelby is a member of TMRA, a junior rodeo competition. She loves to barrel race.
Shelby has been an ambassador for the Wrangler club this past summer, riding in several parades including the Gowrie Independence Day Parade and the Iowa State Fair Parade. Look for Shelby at the 2021 Dayton Rodeo, September 3rd thru the 6th.
