BOONE, Iowa—The Boone County Soil and Water Conservation District is celebrating its 75th Anniversary and held a reception Tuesday on the Boone County Fairgrounds. The display will be available during the run of the fair and representatives will be on hand to promote cover crop efforts to improve soil health in Boone County.
