Jaeger has been charged with OWI 1st, reckless driving, failure to maintain control, and striking a fixture on a highway.
Boone County Conservation Director Katie Healy reported that the accident severed waterlines, providing water to the campgrounds and bath houses. Today, she reported that the waterlines have been repaired about 9:00 p.m. Wednesday. She said the water is non potable at the present time until water lines are flushed and the water is tested. Healy says signs are posted at the bath houses and all the hydrants warning users about the water. She said the signage will be removed once tests indicate no contamination.
