City Placing Restrictions on Alleyways Beginning Monday

BOONE, Iowa—Due to the warm temperatures, Boone Public Works has announced the closing of non-paved alleyways to commercial vehicles including garbage trucks effective 12:00 a.m., Monday, February 13th until further notice. Boone Public Works will continue to monitor conditions daily. For residents that had garbage collection in the alley, please move trash containers to the curb.
