BOONE, Iowa—The Boone City Council has approved a development agreement for the second phase of the housing project located at the northwest corner of 22nd and Linn Streets. Brian Fritz and MCC Development are calling the second phase Boone Senior Cottage, which will target residents 55 and older. This second development agreement was expected after the Iowa Finance Authority awarded the project more than $747,000 in tax credits late last year.
