BOONE, Iowa—The Annual Boone County Hospital Auxiliary Banquet was held in late April to recognize our volunteers.  Each volunteer was given a potted Daisy as a thank you for their time.  

Thank you to Nutrition Services for preparing a ham loaf meal and to Heidi Kennedy for presenting on Senior Life Solutions.     

Current Auxiliary Board members are Carol Keithley, Gayle Rinehart, Cathy Wetzeler, Teri Knight, Dorothy Huffman, Rhonda Getschman, Connie Booth, Sandie Smith and Ginny Silberhorn.     

A special spotlight was on Linda Cook who makes knitted dolls and donates them to our ER.  The ER gives them to children and some adult patients who need some comfort.  According to Carla Chow, ER Director, patients appreciate receiving them.
