BOONE, Iowa—The FFA Big Event 2023 kicked off Spring as 15 members of the Boone A&M FFA performed incredible volunteer work for the James H. Andrew Railroad Museum at the Boone & Scenic Valley Railroad. FFA students tackled the following tasks; installed 100 bags of mulch in all museum gardens, cleaned inside a museum railroad caboose, cleaned windows and countertops, washed walls, did yard work, and cleaned light fixtures.

Mike Wendell, Administrator for The James H. Andrew Railroad Museum said they are truly thankful for these hard working, and courteous FFA members who accomplished so much in the morning for the museum.
