BOONE, Iowa—State Auditor Rob Sand continued his fifth “100 Town Hall” tour with stops in Webster City and Boone this week. Sand was at Miles Lee Park on Tuesday afternoon, meeting with about a dozen supporters. He responded to questions about and talked about the work of the State Auditor’s office. He also took time to recognize the Boone County entities that have participated in his Public Innovations and Efficiencies (PIE) program for saving tax dollars. This year the list includes Boone County, City of Boone, City of Ogden, City of Luther and the United Community School District.
