BOONE, Iowa—Boone Public Works has put the city’s Snow Ordinance in effect for residential area effective 9:00 p.m. tonight, Monday, January 8th. That means no parking on residential streets after 9:00 p.m. or vehicles will be ticketed and towed. The Snow Ordinance will be in effect at 11:00 p.m. for the Downtown and West Boone business districts. Any vehicles on the streets after 11:00 p.m. in the business districts will be ticketed and towed.
