BOONE, Iowa—Dorothy E. Bovey, 98, of Boone and formerly of Pilot Mound, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at Hearth Stone Memory Care Unit at Eastern Star Masonic Home in Boone, Iowa.
