Boone School Board to Set Public Hearings on Sale of Page and Lincoln School and Property

BOONE, Iowa—The Boone School Board meets Monday afternoon to take formal action to set Public Hearings on proposals to sell the Page and Lincoln buildings and grounds. Both hearings will be set for May 20th at 5:00 p.m. and will be held in the Board Room at the Boone High School. In both cases, proposals are made to transfer the property to Capstone Group, Inc. for $1.00 each and other good and valuable consideration.
