HULL, Iowa—Today, Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) was named a “Friend of Agriculture” by the Iowa Farm Bureau, recognizing his work to support Iowa farmers and producers in Congress.
“I’m honored to be named a ‘Friend of Agriculture’ by the Iowa Farm Bureau for my work on behalf of Iowa farmers and producers. Agriculture is the economic engine of our district and our state. That’s why it’s critical that we have a seat at the table when agricultural policies are written and implemented,” said Rep. Feenstra. “In Congress, I’m working to pass a strong Farm Bill for Iowa, open new export markets for our producers, and ban China from buying our farmland. These are important priorities for the long-term success of our agricultural community. I thank the Iowa Farm Bureau for this humbling recognition and I’ll continue to be a strong voice for Iowa agriculture.”
