BOONE, Iowa—Staff at the Ledges State Park continue the usual summer work including preparations for the Ledges Centennial Celebration. Last week park staff rented an aerial lift and got a bird’s eye view of many areas of the park, but especially the campground. They worked to trim hazard limbs from over parking areas and campsites throughout the park. Another new centennial banner was installed on the utility pole near the east entrance as well.
