BOONE, Iowa—Tuesday afternoon the Boone County Road Department closed 155th Street between Kale road and 166th Drive due to high water levels . It will remain closed until the water recedes and dries out. Please avoid the area and if you encounter flooding, “turn around , don`t drown “.
