BOONE, Iowa—Arnold William Ahrens, 99, of Boone, Iowa, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2024, at the Boone County Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. On Sunday, September 1, 2024, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Boone, with Pastor Jessten Heimer officiating. Interment will be at Boone Memorial Gardens Cemetery following the memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the Boone Area Humane Society, Trinity Lutheran Church in Boone, or the Boone VFW Post 817.
