BOONE, Iowa—The Boone County Sheriff’s Department has released information about an accident, late Sunday afternoon, that sent one woman to the hospital with apparent injuries. The accident was reported about 5:45 p.m. west of Ogden at the intersection of 220th Street (U.S. Highway 30) and “D” Avenue. According to the report, 22 year old Myah Woltz of Clive was turning east from the intersection when a westbound vehicle, operated by 41 year old Loni Huntley of Ogden struck the Woltz vehicle. Huntley was transported by EMS for treatment of her injuries, Woltz was not apparently injured. Woltz was cited by the investigating Deputy with Failing to Yield the Right of Way.
