The current business recycling effort will gradually change over to focus on more cardboard recycling. Stines talked about the public hearings and actions taken by the Council to adopt the Southwest Boone Housing Urban Renewal Plan and an associated Development Agreement for the construction of 53 single family homes. He also talked about the series of contracts with SEH Engineering for projects at both the water and waste water plants and for the design of the extended Hancock Drive to serve the Daisy location.
