The Ogden girls basketball team lost its home opener to Grand View Christian, 62-53, on Monday, November 22.
It was a tight game throughout with the Bulldogs ahead 15-14 after the first quarter.
The Thunder edged out to a 28-27 lead at the half.
Grand View Christian was able to increase the lead after the 3rd quarter to 41-37, and finished it off in the 4th quarter, winning, 62-53.
Jordyn Crosman led Ogden with 24 points on 9 field goals and 6 free throws.
Grace Christensen had 13 points on 4 field goals, 2 3-pointers and 3 free throws while Paysen Graden had 9 points on 3 field goals, 2 3-pointers and 1 free throw.
Christensen also recorded 4 assists, and Dakota Jones had 2 assists.
For the defense, Crosman had 9 rebounds and 3 steals, and Sawyer Curry grabbed 6 rebounds and 1 steal.
Next week, Ogden travels to Jefferson to face Greene County on Monday, December 2.
