Eli Stines, Boone Mayor, talks about the Boone City Council meeting held Monday, November 18th. Stines talked about the public hearings and actions taken by the Council to adopt the Southwest Boone Housing Urban Renewal Plan and an associated Development Agreement for the construction of 53 single family homes.
