The Boone girls’ wrestling team tied Saydel, 30-30, and won by criteria (fewest forfeits) over the Eagles on Thursday, December 12.  

The Toreadors also lost to Perry, 43-36. 

Cadence Heggen won twice at 235 pounds. She pinned Abagail Cubillo of Perry in 3:46 and pinned Rylie Scott of Saydel in :50. 

Against the Bluejays, Gracie Vodenik won at 140 pounds and pinned Allison Canales in 2:37. 

Additionally, against Perry, Emersyn Zehner won at 145 pounds and pinned Adeana Eddins in 5:41. 

Against Saydel, Kira Majak won at 155 pounds and pinned Natalie Frantz in 1:48.
