He also talked about a bill he's put in the Commerce Committee to address matter related to the Summit Carbon Solution Pipeline. His bill would seek 100% land owner participation. Boone teams lose at Carroll

The Boone boys’ basketball team lost to Carroll, 75-53, Tuesday, January 28, at Carroll in Raccoon River Conference play. Earlier in the evening, the Boone girls’ basketball team lost to Carroll, 52-19.

Sue Gehling, Founder of Classroom Clinic, talks about making and impact on student mental health services in Iowa. Gehling’s Classroom Clinic began with Green County School and has expanded across the state in schools of all sizes. The Classroom Clinic provides services through telehealth and continues to attract more interest to fill needs that are not being met in a school district setting or filling on needs not currently being met. Bill Skare, Boone City Administrator visits about the budget for the city and more. Skare says the Council has a preliminary budget that will keep the same property tax rate for the next fiscal year. He also noted there are a number of projects that will continue including some related to the the Daisy Project. Skare also noted that the Council recently review the Sanitary Sewer Inflow and Infiltration program and will be moving ahead with the 7th Phase in the next fiscal year. Ogden teams fall to ACGC, Coon Rapids-Bayard

The Ogden boys’ basketball team dropped a close conference game on the road to Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center, 76-65, on Tuesday, January 28. The day before, the Bulldogs hosted Coon Rapids-Bayard and lost a non-conference contest, 74-50.
