DES MOINES, Iowa—The National Weather Service office in Des Moines is expecting cold weather to settle in this weekend and the beginning of next week. Bitter cold wind chill will occur with the coldest temperatures and wind chill over Northern Iowa. The coldest temperatures and wind chill will be in place from Sunday to Tuesday.
