BOONE, Iowa—Boone Mayor Eli Stines on the KWBG Tuned In Program Tuesday morning announced that the public is invited to a Meet and Greet event for the three finalist for the Boone City Administrator position. The three candidates that will go through the final interview process Saturday are Ondrea Elmquist-City of Boone Assistant City Administrator/Clerk; James Ferneau-JAF Services, Inc. Owner; Donovan Olson-Regional Director, Iowa State University Extension for Story County.

Stines said the open house will be Friday, April 25th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Bottled Bliss, 706 Keeler Street, Boone, Iowa. He said charcuterie will be provided, drinks will be available to purchase.

Stines said the final interviews are planned for Saturday morning and each candidate will meet with three different groups. All the feed back will be used by the City Council to make their decision. The City Administrator is chosen by the Council.
