The Madrid girls’ track team ran at Bondurant, dear Bondurant-Farrar, Monday, April 21.
Katelyn Brandhorst placed 2nd in the 1,500-meter run in 5:03.47, and Hannah Brandhorst finished 3rd in the 800-meter run in 2:32.76.
Lauren Dvorak was 2nd in the shot put with her throw of 35-02.00, and she was also 3rd in the discus with a throw of 114-09.50.
The 4×800-meter relay of Mila Grothus, Madelyn Grothus, Katelyn Brandhorst and Hannah Brandhorst finished 4th in 10:27.38.
The 4×200-meter relay of Stella Snider, Lillie Bentson, Zoey Olsen and Jaela Hansen placed 5th in 2:02.80,
Madrid finished 6th with 42 points, and Pella won the meet with 129 points.

The girls are scheduled to run at Roland-Story Thursday, April 24.
Additionally, Paige Richards will run in the 100 and Dvorak will compete in the discus at the Drake Relays this weekend in Des Moines.
