BOONE, Iowa—The Boone County Sheriff’s Department was seeking a 20 year old prisoner that escaped custody about 12:30 this afternoon. The department had posted a photo and announcement on social media. Ethan Seals was taken into custody this afternoon about a quarter to four and was returned to the Boone County Jail.
