BOONE, Iowa—A funeral service has been set for 82-year old Evelyn Mickle-Gildea of Urbandale, Iowa and formerly of Boone, Iowa.  The service will be held Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 10:30 AM at the Schroeder-Stark-Welin Funeral Home, 609 Seventh Street, Boone, Iowa.  Interment will be at the Linwood Park Cemetery, Boone, Iowa.

Visitation will be held at the Schroeder-Stark-Welin Funeral Home at 609 Seventh Street, Wednesday from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM.  The family will be present and will receive friends at the Funeral Home at that time.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
