BOONE, Iowa—A funeral service has been set for 83-year old Al Halfpap of Boone, Iowa.  The service will be held Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church, 703 Arden Street, Boone, Iowa.  The Reverend Doug Cue will be officiating.  Interment, with Military Honors, will be held in the Linwood Park Cemetery, Boone, Iowa.

Visitation will be held at the First United Methodist Church, 703 Arden Street in Boone, Friday, beginning at 2:00 PM  The family will be present to greet friends, Friday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.

Memorials are suggested to the First United Methodist Church in Boone, the Israel Family Hospice House of Ames or the Boone Area Humane Society.
