Chamber Annual Meeting Draws Large Crowd

BOONE, Iowa—The Boone County Chamber of Commerce held it’s Annual Meeting Tuesday in the Fareway Conference Center on the south side of Boone.  At least 140 members and guests signed up for the program that featured Keynote Speaker, Clayton Anderson, Astronaut-NASA.  Anderson is the first and only astronaut from Nebraska.  He is also a graduate of Iowa State University.  Anderson also spent six-months on the International Space Station.
