BOONE, Iowa—A funeral service has been set for 73-year old Mary Jo Dimmitt of Boone, Iowa.  A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of the Sacred Heart in Boone, Iowa.  Following the service, Mary Jo’s body will be cremated.  Burial of her cremated remains will be held at a later date in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Boone, Iowa.

Visitation will be held at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall Streets in Boone, Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m..  The family will be present and will receive friends at the Funeral Chapel at that time.  The Rosary will be recited at the Funeral Chapel Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.

Visitation Thursday will be held at the Funeral Chapel from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
